Children'sServicesAdministrator Essex (Hybrid)
Permanent - Part Time | 18 Hours per Week | Salary: £25,401 FTE (£12,612.91 pro rata)

Barnardo's is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Services (ECFWS) as a Children's Services Administrator.
We're looking for an experienced Administrator to provide flexible, proactive support for our Children's Services team. In this varied role, you will maintain business and training processes, whilstworking alongside service leads to manage communications, coordinate meetings and oversee document management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinateserviceandsubcontractormeetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas,distributing papers, and taking accurate minuteswithclear actions (in-person or via Teams)
Manage and arrangemandatorytraining for Barnardo's colleagues, ensuring compliance and providing regular updates toserviceleads
Liaise across teams tosupportquality andcompetency compliance
Leadinternalcommunicationswithin theservice
Update FEEE2 (full training provided) eligibility and assign caseloads using monthly ECC reports on SystmOne
Produce regular FEEE2 reports fromservice user records and ECC data
Maintainserviceassets and resources, including IT equipment, staff contact lists, and trainingdocumentation
Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the ESSENTIAL CRITERIA below when completing theirapplication.
Essential Criteria:
Proven administrative experience, ideally within the charity or healthcare sector
Excellent organisation and time keeping skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
Experience supporting meetings, inc. scheduling meetings and taking comprehensive minutes
Experience managing a shared mailbox, and providing administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work on own initiative, and with minimal supervision to achieve deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of working independently and remotely as part of a wide-spread team
Strong working knowledge of Excel; specifically in using formulas and conditional formatting to manage and report on data
Good working knowledge of SharePoint
Good working knowledge of SystmOne

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
