What you'll be doing
As a Business Management Graduate, your job will oversee different aspects of running a construction company - from budgeting and resource planning to team coordination. You'll gain experience in various business management tasks like problem solving and develop your leadership skills within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
