Where will I be Working?
Hybrid Working based out of Northwich (CW9 7LN) – 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage Salesforce and Power BI to produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards that support business performance and customer service metrics.
* Dig deep into data, uncover trends, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
* Analyse customer survey results, focusing on performance and feedback to shape customer service and satisfaction strategies.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to interpret survey and customer statistics, ensuring data informs strategy.
* Monitor and report on key customer service metrics, identifying performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Compare and forecast performance metrics across last year, this year, and next year to set realistic targets and track progress.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in Salesforce and Power BI reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with a track record of providing actionable insights.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly and accessibly.
* Experience in customer survey analysis and forecasting is highly desirable.
