One of the UK’s leading 5-star housebuilders, known for delivering high-quality homes across the country, is looking for a Customer Care Maintenance Operative/Technician to join their North West team.

Focusing on delivering exceptional post-purchase support to homeowners within the North West region, you’ll visit customers' new homes to rectify reported defects, at the instruction of the office-based coordination team.
Conduct inspections and perform maintenance tasks on newly occupied homes, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with the Customer Care Team to ensure all necessary resources are available prior to appointments.
Proven experience in a multi-trade role, with skills in basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and decorating.
Preferably experienced in the new build housing industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Possession of a valid UK driving licence.
The role involves both indoor and occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Travel to different site locations within the North West region is required.
Competitive salary of up to £36,000.
