Territory Manager - Ear, Nose and Throat

Join our growing ENT team at Smith+Neb to help shape the future of surgical care. This field‑based role supports hospitals and clinicians across the Midlands and East of England, managing key accounts across an exciting and growing specialty.


What will you be doing?

* Build genuine partnerships with ENT surgeons, theatre teams and procurement staff
* Work with your regional and marketing teams to develop strategies that deliver exceptional service and patient outcomes
* Ensure product availability aligns with customer and patient needs
* Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities, driving account performance and supporting clinical excellence

You will need to live within easy reach of your territory; ideal locations might include Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge or Peterborough.


What will you need to be successful?

* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both clinical and non‑clinical partners
* A proactive, growth‑focused mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
* A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel around 75% of the time
