Logistics Procurement Manager (Asset & Consumables Management)

We are looking for a Logistics Procurement Manager with a strong focus on fixed asset and consumables management across multiple business units. This role is embedded within frontline operations, requiring close collaboration with business departments to ensure the effective planning, usage, and optimization of assets and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of fixed asset and consumable materials management across various business units, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and lifecycle control.
2. Collaborate deeply with operational teams to understand real-time needs and usage scenarios, optimizing procurement and deployment efficiency.
3. Develop and maintain standardized processes and training materials for asset and consumables management, ensuring frontline adoption and compliance.
4. Design and implement cost-effective procurement strategies that support business continuity and operational goals.
5. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve resource utilization, reduce waste, and drive data-driven decision-making.
6. Support major departmental events, meetings, and special projects related to supply and resource management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in logistics, fixed asset management, or consumables procurement.
* Strong ability to work closely with frontline teams and integrate into daily operations.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with ERP or asset management systems is a plus.
