We’re looking for a Bar Duty Manager to lead the bar operations at a stunning countryside wedding and events venue. With beautifully restored barns and space for up to 140 guests, they host everything from elegant weddings to vibrant parties and corporate events.
What you’ll do
* Lead and motivate a food & beverage team
* Oversee bar service across weddings & events
* Manage stock, rotas, and licensing compliance
* Deliver warm, welcoming service with every guest
* Support event set-up, execution, and close-down
What they're looking for
✔ 2+ years’ hospitality experience
✔ Strong leadership skills
✔ Personal Licence holder
✔ Flexible to work evenings & weekends
✔ Full UK driving licence
