Location: Hybrid - Stoke on Trent with one / two days working from home
The Role
As CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the full patient communication journey from initial enquiry through to post-treatment care with a particular focus on acquisition lead nurture and conversion.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, and youll work closely with our Sales team to align communications with commercial goals. Youll use insight, empathy, and technical skill to develop email and SMS CRM journeys that are not only relevant and engaging but also drive results.
Were a small, dynamic team, so youll need to be hands-on, proactive, and confident working independently at times, as well as with our digital marketing agency.
