Customer Operations Coordinator - Part-Time Location: Redditch (B98) Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm - Hybrid Working Permanent Position The Role We are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced team based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. As the first point of contact for both UK and international customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from order through to delivery. Key Responsibilities. Manage the end-to-end process of customer orders from input through to delivery. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, providing clear and timely updates. Accurately process customer new line forms and communicate any changes effectively. Ensure all orders are entered with correct pricing and delivery instructions. Monitor stock availability to prevent overselling. Work closely with Supply Chain to support promotional activity and demand planning. Build strong relationships with customers, hauliers, and internal teams. Reduce returns and rejections by ensuring accuracy "right first time". Maintain and update customer profiles and internal process documentation. Support colleagues by covering accounts when required. Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement within the team About You. Previous experience in a Customer Service / Customer Operations / Order Processing role. FMCG experience is desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Confident communicator, able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills. A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to deliver excellent results INDASH25
