As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process of construction projects valued between £5 million and £20 million. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee design drawings, specifications, and other documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations. * Manage the design approval process and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to construction commencement. * Act as the main point of contact for all design-related queries and issues throughout the project lifecycle. * Work closely with architects, engineers, and the project team to ensure that design concepts align with project goals and client expectations.
