Engagement Manager – Brand & Innovation

As an Engagement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading client projects across brand strategy, customer insight, innovation, growth strategies, and organisational change. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, international projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders and shaping strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client engagements across brand strategy, innovation, customer segmentation, and growth.
* Manage client relationships, presenting directly to senior executives.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Contribute to new business development and internal capability building.
Candidate Profile
* 7–9 years’ experience in strategy consulting, brand/marketing management, or innovation.
* Proven ability to lead teams and client engagements with C-level stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Industry exposure across consumer goods, technology, healthcare, financial services, or similar sectors.
* MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
