Just a stone’s throw from Southgate Tube and Grovelands Park, this historic site is undergoing a full refurbishment and stylish Heartwood redesign — plus an exciting new extension to elevate the guest experience.

About You:
* Have an interest in great quality food, keen to develop and have high standards
* Be an integral part of the kitchen team, follow recipes and work with others
* 1-2 years experience in a service setting and basic knife skills and knowledge of prep and fresh food
