THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious, driven Sales / Business Development Representative to accelerate our B2B growth.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership, where you will help expand Aizo's footprint across professional and commercial channels while leveraging an established product range and platform.

The role is hybrid, combining remote work with a few days per week in the office in Wembley, to enable collaboration with the team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and managing relationships with housing associations, builders, installers, contractors and other B2B clients
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities (projects, frameworks, recurring accounts)
* Managing the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → quotation → close
* Working closely with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
* Leveraging Aizo's platform, supplier relationships and product breadth to win deals efficiently
* Contributing to and shaping our go-to-market strategy as the business scales

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are:

* Experienced in HVAC, heating, energy or construction-related sales
* Comfortable selling into installers, builders, housing associations or commercial clients
* Commercially sharp, proactive and results-driven
* Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Highly organised, self-motivated and accountable
* Excited by fast-growing environments and motivated by building something long-term
