Job Summary
Coordinates programming and support for residents living in an assigned on-campus housing unit, and responds to emergency situations in support of creating an inclusive and safe living community.
Job Description
* Serves as a main point of contact for residents providing assessment, mediation and resolution of non-routine facility issues.
* Plans, implements and evaluates student programs and initiatives for residence life.
* Receives and responds to crisis situations according to established policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for fostering student engagement through the residential curriculum, supervising staff and daily operations, and managing administrative processes such as hiring, training, conduct, facilities, and budgets.

$42,640.00 - $63,980.80
