Thrive Homes is seeking a Home Ownership Lead to manage and support our dedicated Home Ownership team. This is your opportunity to shape services, influence strategy, and deliver excellent outcomes for our customers. The Role You will oversee all aspects of leasehold management, ensuring compliance with legislation and driving high standards of service delivery. Working collaboratively across teams, you will play a key role in: Signing off RTB, RTA, RTSO, resales, lease extension, staircasing, cases processed by the Home Ownership Team, and providing oversight on escalated homeowner queries Leading on Section 20 processes, dispensation cases, and First Tier Tribunal applications Supporting budget setting, monitoring, audits, and reporting Handling complaints and Housing Ombudsman cases with professionalism Improving homeowner satisfaction and embedding customer-focused processes Identifying revenue generation opportunities and driving continuous improvement Training and mentoring the Homeownership team, ensuring compliance and best practice Collaborating with Finance, Customer Service, and Property teams to deliver successful processes that facilitate joined-up services About You We are looking for a confident and motivated leader with: Senior-level experience in leasehold management Strong knowledge of compliance, service charges, complaints, and Section 20 processes Demonstrable experience of RTB, RTA, RTSO sales, resales, lease extensions, and staircasing for compliant oversight Proven ability to manage Housing Ombudsman cases and embed learning outcomes Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office A track record of driving business process improvements in line with legislation and best practice Experience identifying and implementing revenue generation opportunities The ability to work collaboratively across departments and deliver high-quality results Thrive Benefits Supporting You to Thrive At Thrive Homes, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
