This is a hybrid position based out of our Leeds office
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will be the trusted partner to a Business Unit Leader, ensuring their time is optimised and strategic priorities are delivered. You will manage complex schedules, oversee communications and coordinate leadership activity, enabling focus on growth and client impact. Acting as a central point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders, you will drive clarity, efficiency and alignment while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
Alongside executive support, you will take ownership of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity and event coordination across the Leeds Business Unit. You will lead community partnerships, facilitate volunteering and work experience initiatives, and organise internal and external events that strengthen engagement, brand visibility and business growth. You will be empowered to bring new ideas, enhance processes and help foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate & Enable – Manage complex diaries, inboxes and senior stakeholder schedules
Optimise & Deliver – Process expenses, arrange travel and ensure seamless administrative operations
Maintain & Enhance – Oversee CRM accuracy, supplier onboarding and purchase order processes
Capture & Communicate – Record meeting minutes, track actions and create high-quality presentation materials
Organise & Lead – Coordinate quarterly leadership events and key business engagements
Engage & Represent – Support client meetings and external business events
Drive & Champion – Lead CSR initiatives, volunteering programmes and community partnerships
Promote & Support – Contribute to local marketing activity, brand visibility and team engagement events
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
To succeed, you will bring proven experience supporting senior leaders within a complex, fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Experience coordinating CSR initiatives, business events or community engagement activity would be advantageous.
You should have:
Demonstrable experience supporting senior stakeholders or executives
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership
