Annual Salary of £32,000

Day to Day Duties
* Lead and support a team responsible for daily transport operations
* Plan and manage driver resources, including core and agency staff
* Monitor and report on KPIs, supporting operational improvements
* Ensure adherence to operational processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with management and external partners to achieve service excellence
* Build positive team culture and maintain high levels of staff engagement
Essential Skills
* Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
* Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills
* Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement
* Competence in using transport management systems (TMS) and other relevant tools
Training
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
