Senior Marketing Executive
Salary: £30k-35k per annum, based on experience
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, 5 days a week
Mon-Thurs 9.00am-5.00pm, Fridays 9.00am-4.30pm

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the growth of Kast’s brand and market presence. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is ideal for a hands-on, creative and results-driven marketer who thrives in a design-focused environment and has experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building the strategy and executing social media and marketing campaigns, managing digital content, supporting showroom and trade events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, elevate Kast’s brand presence, and help shape our marketing strategy.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Develop and drive a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals in global markets with a focus on the UK and US.
2. Develop and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn to grow brand awareness and engagement.
3. Stay up-to-date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
4. Plan and execute social media advertising and paid digital campaigns, optimising for lead generation and brand visibility.
5. Source and manage user-generated content and influencer collaborations to enhance Kast’s digital presence.
6. Maintain a consistent brand voice, ensuring all messaging aligns with Kast’s positioning.
7. Help to manage and track marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns, events, and trade marketing initiatives while maximising ROI.
8. Maintain and update Kast’s website, ensuring content, images, and product listings are accurate and up to date.
9. Improve SEO rankings through content optimisation and blog posts to increase organic traffic.
10. Develop and execute monthly email marketing campaigns, optimising for engagement and conversions.
11. Lead trade marketing initiatives, ensuring showroom partners have the right marketing collateral, promotional materials, and brand assets.
12. Support Kast’s presence at key industry events such as Decorex, ensuring seamless execution and brand representation.
13. Track key marketing metrics across social media, website, and email marketing to assess performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns and strategy.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and qualities:
1. 3+ years of marketing experience in industry, preferably in a design, interiors, or luxury brand environment.
2. Creative with an interest in design.
3. Passionate about social media, with a deep understanding of platform trends and how to drive engagement.
4. Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Enthusiastic, quick to learn and self-motivated.
7. Strong organisational skills and good time management.
8. Willingness to be flexible and accept new challenges.
9. Analytical and results-driven.
Due to the semi-rural location of our factory and office, own means of transport is essential.
