As a Cluster Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be a role model to others, demonstrating excellent support to those we support, and you will help the Registered Area Manager to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively.
You will work a minimum of 1 day a week with the people we support, with the rest of your time working off shift.
We provide 24/7 support to some individuals, so you will need flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
You will report directly to the Area Registered Manager and work closely with senior support workers and team leaders to ensure smooth service operation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
You will have delegated responsibility for supervising and line managing a team of Support Workers. Alongside the Registered Area Manager, you are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing high standards of clinical and personal support, promoting independence and choice for the people supported. As a senior team member, you will promote good practice, ensure safety, and maintain high satisfaction levels among the people we support and your colleagues.
As Cluster Team Manager, you will:
* Have experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
* Have experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
* Possess good IT skills and experience in record-keeping
* Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), or be able to achieve this within 18 months of appointment
