We’re building the go-to platform for real football fans - a centralised home where trusted and passionate supporters can share their voices, insights, and emotions without being drowned out by pundits or fragmented across social media. Our mission is to amplify the perspectives of those who live and breathe the game, and to create a space where genuine fan sentiment drives the conversation. This is a really exciting opportunity to join the founding team and be a really important part of driving our success.
The Role
We’re looking for a smart, proactive partner success manager to own our day-to-day relationships with broadcasters — from the likes of Sky and ITV to global media platforms. You’ll be the key point of contact for partners using our fan sentiment data, making sure they get exactly what they need, when they need it, in a format that works for them.
This is a client success role at the heart of football and media. You’ll help broadcasters integrate fan ratings, player sentiment, and club data into their coverage and work closely with our internal teams to refine the product based on what partners are asking for. You’ll ensure delivery is smooth, feedback loops are clear, and the relationship always feels like a true partnership.
If you love the idea of helping real fan opinion shape the national football conversation and want to work closely with the people who make that conversation happen, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Act as the day-to-day lead for all broadcaster partnerships using our fan sentiment data
* Ensure partners receive regular data outputs in the correct format, on time, every time
* Liaise with editorial, production, and digital teams inside partner organisations to understand how they use the data and where there could be new opportunities
* Work with our product and data teams to shape how we structure, visualise, and deliver insights
* Run regular partner check-ins to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and spot new use cases
* Anticipate partner needs around key fixtures, broadcast schedules, and storylines
* Maintain shared calendars, delivery trackers, and feedback loops to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
* Represent Fanalysis in a way that’s helpful, collaborative, and always on the front foot
About You
* You’ve got 3+ years’ experience in account management, client success, partnerships, or media production support
* You understand the workflows and timelines of broadcasters and media partners
* You’re highly organised and reliable; able to juggle multiple deadlines and requests with calm confidence
* You’re fluent in data, not a developer, but you understand how data is structured, gathered, and delivered, and can confidently liaise with technical teams
* You’re a natural relationship builder and clear communicator
* You’re a die-hard football fan who is across the podcasts, the pundits, the Twitter takes, the fan channels, and the post-match threads
* You instinctively know what kind of stat, sentiment or story will land in a live broadcast or a half-time debate
* You’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and always looking to make the partner experience smoother
This is a full-time role based in London. Our office is in Soho and we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office at least 3 days a week. You may also be required to work within our partner broadcaster organisations too.
