Dynament Infrared Gas Sensors, a division of DwyerOmega, designs and manufactures a range of electronic sensors and instruments, specialising in fluid and gas sensing products that have been supplied to multiple industries for over 20 years.
The Role
We seek a motivated and flexible Test Engineer who has experience of working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment; an electronic manufacturing background is advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Performing high precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.
* Conducting product testing and performance testing to standards defined in engineering drawings, standard operating procedures and/or assembly manuals.
* Recording and analysis of test results.
* Calibrating products to ensure conformance to required quality and certification standards.
* Using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure work is completed to schedule.
* Ensuring all documentation including logbooks is maintained according to standard operating procedures.
* Completion of pre‑use checks on equipment and processes.
* Ensure full compliance of Health and Safety procedures including SOP adherence, PPE and Workwear and incident investigations.
* Sustain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
* Following standard procedures to deliver SQDCP targets.
Requirements
* Must be able to operate within a ‘SAFETY FIRST’ culture.
* Must be able to operate within a ‘Quality culture of ‘RIGHT FIRST TIME’
* Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or electronics business is desirable.
* Safety and quality conscious.

Our fixed hours are Monday - Thursday 07:30-17:00.
