We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training and Project Assistant to support the Global Health Training Centre and wider Network projects.

The position is set to commence on ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.51 per hour + holiday pay

Key Responsibilities:

* Update and maintain the quality and accuracy of content on the Global Health Training Centre
* Assist in the production of online training resources
* Upload eLearning courses and other training materials to the Training Centre ensuring the structure, formatting and functionality are as intended
* Coordination, tracking and uploading of training resources requiring translation
* Record and collate data regarding the usage of the Training Centre
* Assist in monitoring and managing the training inbox and advising/assisting eLearners
* Assist other projects across The Network where required
* Undertake any other requested duties appropriate to the role and grade
* Undertake mandatory training as required by the University, Division and Department. The specific list of training courses may change from time-to-time, in response to both legal and internal University requirements.

Selection Criteria:

* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience
* Ability to prioritise workload and produce accurate, detailed work within deadlines
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise workloads
* Experience in proofreading
* Great communication skills both written and verbal
* Computer literate, including proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel)
* Ability to work effectively both independently with minimum supervision and as a member of a team.
