Salary: £100,800 - 126,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience delivering MRI Housing / Asset Management system implementations Strong background in project or programme management within social housing or local government Ability to drive progress, challenge constructively, and lead delivery autonomously Experience with Orchard/Horizon modules is highly desirable Responsibilities: Lead the MRI implementation programme across Asset and Enterprise modules Oversee programme planning, timelines, and delivery milestones Chair weekly project meetings with internal and external stakeholders and drive actions forward Manage the risk register, escalate key issues, and mitigate delays Create and maintain programme plans, action logs, and documentation Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure delivery Support process mapping and system integration aligned to our council processes Oversee data strategy, reporting, and QA processes Manage budget oversight and contract variations Act as the key interface between our organisation and MRI Technologies: Support Project Manager More: We are supporting a large public sector organisation with the appointment of an experienced MRI Project Manager to lead the ongoing implementation of our Housing Asset Management system. This is a critical part-time remote contract role, working two days per week on an initial 9 to 12 month basis.
