What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, gaining hands‑on experience across varying scales, values, and complexities. Typical project types include:
* Industrial and logistics units
* Commercial buildings
* Domestic new builds and renovations
* Education sector projects
* Specialist and one‑off structures
From day one, you’ll be supported by experienced engineers while being encouraged to take ownership of your work as soon as you’re ready.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Experience gained through industry placements, internships, university projects or employment demonstrating the practical application of engineering principles.
* Sound understanding of civil and/or structural engineering principles, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to real‑world engineering challenges.
* Basic understanding of relevant UK design standards, regulations and industry guidance.
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to solve engineering problems and develop practical design solutions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
* Good organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.
* Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft 365 applications, and a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in industry‑standard engineering and design software.
* Demonstrates initiative, adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
* Willingness to attend site visits and develop an understanding of how engineering designs are delivered in practice.
* Demonstrates a willingness to learn, seek feedback and take on new challenges as part of their professional development.
* Committed to continuing professional development and progression towards Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status.
* Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, or previous industry experience through placements, internships or post‑graduate employment.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
