Teaching Assistant (0.5 contract) - KS2 SEN Support
Start: September 2025

Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing 1:1 support for a KS2 learner with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role
* Contract: 0.5 (part-time) for the full academic year
* Working pattern: 1 full day and 3 half days per week
* Start: September 2025
* Focus: Providing tailored 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with SEN, helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans.
About You
* Experience supporting children with SEN (in a school or similar setting) is highly desirable.
* A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* A genuine passion for helping children thrive.
