Pay: £13 – £16 per hour + sleep-in rates
Experience: EBD / challenging behaviour preferred
Responsibilities
* Support young people in residential settings
* Behaviour management & emotional support
* Promote routines, education & wellbeing
* Work within safeguarding frameworks
Requirements (ESSENTIAL)
* Minimum 6 months experience working in children’s residential care
* Experience supporting young people with EBD or challenging behaviour
* Understanding of safeguarding & child protection procedures
* Ability to work shifts including sleep-insli>
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS
Desirable
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* PMVA/MAPA or Team Teach training
* Driving licence
