80754 - GE and SM Scheduler
This position reports to the General Enquiries & Smart Metering Manager and is based within the Network Operations South East Region, located in Maidstone, with hybrid working options. It is a permanent role.
The salary offered is £33,247 per annum, with a 3% bonus. Close Date: 29th April 2025

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule staff (direct and contractors) to optimize resource utilization.
* Operate work management and scheduling tools such as MRS, GPS, SAP, and PC systems.
* Raise and process purchase orders using SAP and generate management reports.
* Provide feedback to field staff and supervisors.
* Handle customer queries via telephone and coordinate with other directorates.
* Record and coordinate Electricity Guaranteed Standards and staff leave.
* Communicate with local authorities regarding NRSWA and Section 74 issues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
* Participate in emergency storm roles when needed.
Minimum Requirements
* Understanding of network operations and job types.
* Teamwork and flexible working attitude.
* Level 3 City & Guilds 2339 (formerly 2322) in electrical technology engineering.
* Ability to motivate staff and monitor performance and costs.
* Technical competence and adaptability to learn new tasks.
