Hours: Monday – Friday, 08.00am-17.00pm, 40 hours per week

The successful Account Manager will: -

* Be comfortable selling via the telephone and in virtual meetings.

Job duties for the Account Manager are (but not limited to): -
* Proactively schedule and complete agreed volume of outbound customer calls per day.
* Respond to customer email enquiries within agreed timeframe.
* Make appointments and ensure all open opportunities are maintained and recorded on the database.
* Manage requests for quotes and follow up as required.
* Document all customer interactions on CRM system.
* Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
* Maintain positive client relationships.
* Research and understand product availability.
* Research and stay up to date on industry trends.
* Management of customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Schedule customer account reviews
