As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll bring energy, confidence and leadership to every shift — supporting your team to deliver great coffee and even better customer moments, no matter how busy it gets.

What you’ll do
* Lead smooth, efficient shifts in a fast-paced drive thru and café environment
* Train, coach and support new Baristas and Barista Maestros
* Bring energy to the team — especially during peak tourist and seasonal rushes
* Deliver excellent coffee quality and customer experience every time
* Adapt quickly to keep the store running at its best, even during the busiest periods
