Location and hours
Based at Colchester Jaguar Landrover
Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5.30pm, Saturday mornings on a rota 8am – 12pm
Role overview
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our friendly and efficient Aftersales department. You will provide customers with a personalized, premium experience by advising on vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs, and managing customer records and bookings. Responsibilities
1. Booking MOTs, services, and repairs for customers
2. Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
3. Coordinating with the Aftersales team to organize appointments based on workload
4. Managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and online booking queries
5. Communicating turnaround times and updates during vehicle servicing
6. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly
Candidate profile
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous. You should be a team player capable of working independently, with experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars and customer service.
