This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. The Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner you will play a vital role within our team. You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness. To buildtrusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up1-2 shifts per week .
You'll support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs. As a Support Practitioner, you will assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances...
