Our services across the country help thousands of people each year who are experiencing a wide range of complicated challenges, including homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation and domestic abuse. About the Job

Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with governing documents, charity law, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
* Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical practice.
* Contribute to setting the charity’s strategic direction and monitor progress against its aims.
* Safeguard the charity’s financial health by scrutinising financial plans, budgets, reports and risks.
* Provide financial leadership to the Board, including guiding the Board in understanding the charity’s financial position and supporting the development of the charity’s financial strategy.
