As a Cover Supervisor, youll play a key role in maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour across Key Stages 3 and 4. Youll supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students stay engaged and on task.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4.
Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide feedback on lesson progress to teaching staff.
Support the wider school community by assisting with learning activities and school events when needed.
What Were Looking For
Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (paid or voluntary).
Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
A calm, confident, and professional approach to classroom supervision.
A genuine passion for supporting young peoples learning and development.
