Chef - Whitehouse Industrial Estate Chef Location: Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn, WA7 3BE Salary: 14.45 per hour excellent benefits Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Join Sodexo as a Chef at our Diageo site in Runcorn and be part of something greater. You'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, preparing and serving high-quality food to support our client's workforce. With your passion for food and dedication to excellence, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional catering service. What you'll do: Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch in a fast-paced onsite catering environment Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance Work closely with the Catering Manager to ensure consistent food quality and presentation Support stock control and ensure efficient kitchen operations Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organised workspace What you bring: Proven experience as a Chef in a contract catering or similar environment Basic Food Safety Certificate (Level 3 desirable) Strong understanding of allergen awareness and food safety standards Ability to work independently (this is a lone working role) A flexible and proactive approach with excellent teamwork skills What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
