About the Role
We are seeking a junior front of house manager to join our team. This role involves supporting a positive environment for guests and team members, coaching and developing staff, owning shifts, and driving performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing your team to reach their potential
* Managing shifts, planning staffing to ensure adequate coverage
* Recognizing and celebrating great performance
* Understanding and managing labour, rotas, and restaurant financials
Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate about team support and maintaining high standards
* Experienced in running shifts and coaching on the go
* Knowledgeable about managing labour and rotas, eager to learn about financial performance
