Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Technician who will provide IT support for both the curriculum and the administrative users throughout the College. The post holder will work as part of a team alongside our IT Manager.
Responsibilities
* Managing the IT ticket system
* Supporting the filtering system, Wi‑Fi, CCTV and our telephone system
* Providing an on‑call service to teaching staff throughout the day to support teaching and learning
* Maintaining the College's asset register
* Supporting Office 365 throughout the college
Qualifications
* Good general education; suitable IT qualifications desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and previous experience of working or studying IT
* Knowledge of software profiles such as Active Directory, follow‑me‑printing or similar systems, SharePoint and network fundamentals desirable
Location
Post‑holder will be permanently based at St Catherine's College and work on site. There is no opportunity for hybrid working.
