As a Business Support Manager, you will be a key support in the region, reporting too and working alongside the Regional Director to support with the efficient operation of the North of England and Scotland Region (covering from Middlesbrough in the South to Inverness in the North).
Monitor and support all regional branches in achieving operational efficacy Assist the Regional Director in ensuring appropriate branch operational cover at all times
Ensure Branch Managers roll out of training for new initiative i.e. Safety Guardian, toolbox talks, new systems, procedures, policies, etc.
Ensure effective and efficient service is provided to all customers interacting with branches and across the region
Work alongside the Regional Sales Team to support the Branch Managers in winning and retaining spending accounts
Ensure scheduled stock checks and regular asset checks are completed
Regional operational management of the tachograph system
Support Branch Managers in the effective coaching of employees and management of the vehicle monitoring system
Ensure Branch Managers meet all asset KPI targets
Identify and recruit regional employees with the right potential in line with company policy
To work throughout the region to ensure as far as reasonably practicable compliance with HSE Legislation and Company policy
When it is considered necessary or appropriate by management you may be required to carry out any duties considered within your skill and competence to assist the smooth running of the business
Proven stakeholder management experience
Highly motivated with strong commercial skills at all levels
Comfortable using IT equipment and MS Office packages
Flexibility is essential as travel is required across the region
Valid driving licence - Essential
Multi-site management experience - Desirable
