Main duties
- Leading the Trust's PFI Contract Performance Team
- Managing the performance and compliance of our PFI service provider
- Overseeing contract monitoring, audits, and performance reporting
- Managing contractual variations and service developments
- Supporting strategic estates and infrastructure initiatives
- Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing expert commercial advice to senior leaders
Essential person specification requirements
- Significant experience in PFI, PPP, FM, Estates, or major contract management
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Proven experience leading high performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
- A track record of delivering measurable service and financial improvements
- A commitment to NHS values and patient centred excellence
