This role pays a competitive salary of £38,000 but negotiabledepending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
* Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.
* Assist in the firm’s marketing plans in general, and particularly in relation to dispute resolution.
* Draft documents and correspondence tailored to the clients’ individual needs
* Give advice to clients on the law and legal disputes relating to their case.
About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
* 3 years PQE in Civil Litigation with a strong knowledge in Dispute resolution.
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
