Role: Lead System Project Manager \n\nSector: Public Sector\n\nDuration: 12 Months FTC\n\nLocation: Milton Keynes\n\nSalary: up to £72,000 per annum (Depending on experience) \n\nSellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead System Project Manager, join our public sector client on a fixed term contract of 12 months (until the end of July 2026). This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day a week onsite.\n\nOur client is looking to appoint a Lead System Project Manager for a People Systems Project; this opportunity has come at a time when there is a large focus on ensuring that our people systems and data solutions meet the needs of the organisation and deliver value and efficiency.\n\nThe ideal candidate will lead and direct this workstream to enhance the organisation's position management data and processes to enable efficiencies and improvements in control, reporting, planning and forecasting. The project will involve a significant level of business change alongside system updates and data cleansing.\n\nThe duties of the Lead System Project Manager will include: \n\nLeading and working within a multidisciplinary team, confidently directing, motivating and collaborating, using a range of agile methodologies to their full potential\nDeveloping an expert understanding of the users' needs and champion these in the delivery of improved establishment control governance, processes and data\nEngaging in meaningful interactions with users demonstrating you put users first and can manage competing priorities as well as support the change management activity\nDeveloping the strategy and roadmap for establishment control implementation ensuring it contributes to departmental and organisational strategy, demonstrating leadership and expertise in SuccessFactors best practices\nDefining, communicating and iterating a vision and roadmap for the delivery of People Systems Project (Phase 2) - Establishment Control activity that is compelling to your users, team and stakeholders\nManaging and prioritising workstream deliverables, making pragmatic decisions based on evidence balancing delivery against the vision with available resources, budget and timeline\nEngaging with key stakeholders through a range of channels and build strong networks, particularly with those that will be benefiting from or impacted by changes to establishment control processes\nLeading a multidisciplinary team of high performing professionals imparting your expertise and experience to enhance their own professional development \n\nThe Lead System Project Manager will ideally have:\n\nExperience of delivering large scale change programmes in an HR environment\nExperience of using multiple agile methodologies is essential\nExperience of utilised qualitative and quantitative data to identify needs\nExperience in motivating and leading cross-functional delivery teams\nExpert in product management of SAP SuccessFactors is essential\nExperience within the public sector is essential \n\nHow to apply for the Lead System Project Manager:\n\nOur client is hoping to have the Lead System Project Manager in the role as soon as possible, therefore if you believe your experience meets the criteria above, please contact Charlotte Broomfield by Tuesday 8th July by calling the Derby office for Sellick Partnership or by submitted your CV directly.\n\nSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
