Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Motorrad Sales Manager.
Your role
As an award-winning retailer, we are looking for an exceptional Motorrad Sales Manager, to lead and drive our sales team and build upon the success we have achieved through our passion and dedication. You will be responsible for leading the sales team to help deliver exemplary customer service, as well as coaching and developing team members to deliver and surpass company targets.
This includes:
* To develop and agree Motorrad Sales Plans, Budgets and Overheads in order to achieve Sales Volumes and Financial Targets.
* Direct and control activities of Motorrad sales staff and Administrative support, so Targets and Budgets are achieved
Ensure the Motorrad Sales Department consistently develops and manages the customer database to maximise sales opportunities for the centre.

Your profile
To be considered for this role the candidate will have previous experience in a sales role within Motorcycle Sales and experience in a leadership or management role is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate a proven track record of performance, people management and excellent communication skills. This is a fast pace environment so the ideal candidate must be good under pressure and be able to multi-task. A Full UK Motorcycle Licence is required.
