As our Nightshift Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the night hours. You'll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing all hygiene operations during the nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style.
* Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
* Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues.
* Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements.
* Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management.
Requirements
* Experience in hygiene management in a food manufacturing environment, ideally during night shifts.
* A good understanding of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A friendly and approachable manner to foster a positive team atmosphere.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
* Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential.
