MHE Trainers – Leicester (LE19) Ideal Recruit is currently looking for MHE Trainers to join our team based in the Dunstable (LU5) area. Location: Dunstable LU5 Pay rate: £13.50-£14.50 per hour ⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week, working on days (may be required to work PM shifts during peak). Key Duties: Delivering in-house training for MHE equipment (LLOP, PPT, Reach, Counterbalance etc.) Assessing and refreshing current employees on safe MHE practices Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Keeping accurate training records and certification documents Working closely with warehouse management to identify training needs Supporting warehouse operations when training is not required If this role sounds interesting to you, apply here
