Who we are looking for:
Unistrut is looking for an experienced Production Operative to support our continued growth within our CMS Module Prefab Unit
What you’ll do:
* Operate production equipment as required.
* Fabricate, assemble and fit out CMS Modules as required
* Keep production and quality related records up to date.
* Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area.
* Be involved in continuous improvement processes
* Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* A good knowledge of production equipment.
* Able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards.
* Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s ATIRE and SQDC values.

* S -Zero Harm to yourself or your colleagues
* Q – Zero defective raw materials accepted into the premises
* D- All offloading of raw materials achieved in a timely manner
* C- Zero downtime for machines allocated to material waiting times

Hours & Pay:
Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, including a 20-minute paid break.
* Monday – Thursday 6am -2pm & Fridays 6am-1pm
* The hourly pay rate £12.21ph.
