Office administrator required to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Working as part of a team for a bodyshop and wheel refurbishment centre based in Nether Poppleton dealing with customer queries face to face, via email and on the telephone. Day to day duties consist of dealing with several insurance companies and their claimants booking in wheels to be repaired at our unit in York or via our mobile service. Updating computer systems, compiling collection and delivery routes, completing invoices and filing paperwork. Plus other general duties. Applicants must be able to multi task and be very organised. Where possible we would also require the applicant to cover when other members of the team are on holiday.
