An opportunity exists for a Registered Manager to lead a residential home in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham, supporting males and females with autism and complex needs. The role requires an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Registered Manager Responsibilities
* Manage and support people with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
* Guide the team in helping service users achieve their goals and develop skills and confidence.
* Lead quality assurance efforts and inspire the team to provide person‑centred support and care.
* Deliver best practice in social care while continuously improving the service.
* Use effective management of people and processes to ensure the service’s success.
