National Account Manager – Children’s Products Are you an enthusiastic and organised professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our growing client, supporting key UK accounts and driving our eCommerce business forward. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of key UK accounts (high street retailers), building strong relationships with buying teams and executing joint business plans to maximize sales * Plan ranges, prepare quotes, and manage new line forms for customers * Oversee the Amazon business (Vendor and Seller Central), optimizing listings, managing stock levels, forecasting, and implementing promotional campaigns * Upload product content (images, videos, copy) to retailer portals and ensure information is always up-to-date * Produce business reports and presentations, analysing key metrics and contributing to strategic planning * Represent the company at trade shows and support business development initiatives * Monitor eCommerce P&L and work with internal teams to enhance product content and performance Qualifications & Skills: * Must have children’s/baby/toys/experience in an Account management or account executive capacity * Must have experience of managing Amazon Vendor or Seller Central experience in managing high street, discounter, and online accounts * Knowledge of UK retail and fast-moving children’s product categories * Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail What’s on offer: * Hybrid or fully office based (flexible) * Free parking * Career progression
