DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients suffering from end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
As a PCT at DaVita, you'll receive paid, extensive training to develop the skills necessary for patient care and to connect with healthcare professionals across your region. Post-training, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and fellow PCTs, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Details
* No dialysis experience required; training provided.
* Training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than your assigned clinic.
* Potential to float across multiple clinics during and after training.
* Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What to Expect
* Providing direct patient care, including monitoring and assisting patients during dialysis.
* Handling technician duties such as measuring stats, observing patients, and setting up dialysis machines.
* Building long-term relationships with patients and educating them about their treatment.
* Working within a team of clinicians and under RN supervision.

Requirements
* Desire to enter healthcare and care for others.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Comfort working around blood and needles.
* Ability to work long hours and across multiple clinics.
* Healthcare certifications such as CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy are a plus.
