Overview

Vita Group, Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
Breakfast Customer Service Advisor (Part-time, 20 hours per week). Working hours: 6:30am – 11:00am, Monday - Friday. Hourly rate: £13.

Vita Student offers luxury studio living with premium amenities. A breakfast service is provided to residents, and the Breakfast Customer Service Assistant will be involved in preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast items to a high standard, while keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety regulations.


Responsibilities

* Meet & greet residents and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
* Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace; adhere to food safety regulations.
* Ensure residents and facilities are respected by all colleagues and guests.
* Monitor produce stock levels and assist in ordering to maintain inventory.
* Respond to questions, queries and requests in a helpful manner.
* Keep kitchen and breakfast areas clean and tidy; deep-clean equipment as required.
* Replenish refreshment stock (coffee, tea, milk, vending items).
* Be the primary point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.


Professional Experience

* A customer service professional with a background in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Well versed in kitchen regulations.
* Technologically astute; comfortable with a variety of software and systems.

* Excellent communication skills; English as primary language; multilingual skills welcomed.
* Adaptability, creativity and positivity.
* Resilience to navigate unexpected situations.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with reasonable adjustments if required.
* Flexibility: facilities are open 24/7; some time-off needs may be needed, but flexibility to cover shifts is imperative to ensure continuous service.
