This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills looking to develop their career within the construction or fire protection sector. Key Responsibilities * Support the Director in all administrative aspects of live projects. * Coordinate documentation, certification, and compliance records. * Manage project trackers, data entry, and progress reports. * Liaise with clients, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely updates and actions. * Maintain accurate records and assist with quality assurance documentation. * Follow up on project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. * Contribute to internal system improvements and standardisation of documentation.
